The cost is 10.00 per person and includes a Hamburger plate (cooked on site).  A live band will be performing. Drinks are not included in the cost, but the bar will be open! Meet us there at 12:00 and watch the drivers arrive at the finish line!

Host a Company Hospitality Tent 

Use this opportunity to promote your company by hosting a Hospitality Tent.  You supply the tent and set it up.  Then feel free to bring your company banner and give-aways. Have a game? Raffle prize?  Make it fun.  Invite your employees, your clients and family!   Set up by 11:00!

If you purchase the ITMA Banner sponsorship, we will create a Banner with your company logo and display it with pride at every ITMA Lunch & Learn Meeting at the Greenspoint club.  This is great advertising covering an from 100-180 industry attendees per luncheon.

2008 ITMA Road Rally and Finish Line Party

                May 18, 2008  

          Team Check-in, 8:30 t 9:00 a.m.

Rally Starts @ 10:00 a.m.

Registration Fee: $35

Our Second annual event will be conducted over a prescribed course on public roads within the Houston city limits.

This will be a timed event, not a road race. Allow two hours to complete. Trophies awarded to the top 3 teams completing the course closest to the exact time designated by the judging panel.

In addition, there will be a scavenger hunt/physical challenge along the course where your team will have to complete 5 tasks along the way. Failure to perform an assigned task will result in a time penalty adding time to your overall rally score.

This event includes a "Poker Run" format where each team will pick a playing card at each of 5 stops. The team with the best 5-card poker hand at the end of the rally wins an exciting grand prize!

50/50 draw, cash bar and restaurant available at destination.

All registration proceeds benefit the I.T.M.A. Scholarship Fund.

 

The 2008 ITMA Road Rally Scholarship Fundraising Event will be held on Sunday, May 18th.

All proceeds will go toward the ITMA scholarship and educational programs. Register to drive/navigate, sponsor or volunteer at this event.

Using the electronic forms on this page, interested parties can register to Drive/Navigate, Sponsor or Volunteer to assist in the 2008 ITMA Road Rally. 

Register for your Company Hospitality Tent location assignment at the Finish Line Party, or Register yourself and guests to attend the Party only. 

All team cars and their passengers will be automatically registered for the Finish Line Party, but cost is not included in the Car Registration fee.

Please note that you do NOT have to drive a car in the Rally or attend in order to be a Sponsor!  Banner Sponsorship will also apply for this event.

We need your help to keep our Scholarship Fund growing.

 

 

HOSPITALITY TENT REGISTRATION

 

Hospitality Tent

Any company or individual can choose to set up a Hospitality Tent.  In order to do so you must complete the registration below and receive your confirmation from ITMA.

Set up will be the day of the event and can be as early as 10:30.  There will be no equipment or materials provided for you. Anything you will need must be provided by yourself.

Bring your own tent, banner, or any give-aways you will be giving out. If you need a special tables, decorations or display material please bring them to the event.

You will also be responsible for tearing down of your area.

Strict Alcohol Prohibition from Outside Source

Upon registration you are agreeing that you understand you may not bring Alcohol onto the property of Bobby's on the Bayou.

Any alcohol will be purchased from the vendor at site. Violation of this prohibition will result in immediate disqualification and suspension of participation in this event.

Hold Harmless Indemnity Agreement

I.T.M.A., I.T.M.A. Directors, I.T.M.A. Officers, I.T.M.A. members, and affiliated and non-affiliated volunteers, sponsors and promoters (collectively, the "Event Organizers") are not insurers of this event.
