            Developed logistics for moving crude barytes ore from mines in the Mexican Sonoran Desert to US Gulf and Venezuelan ports. 

            Negotiated and drafted ore supply contracts worth 20mm/yr. with Chinese, Indian, Peruvian and Mexican suppliers.

            Managed global distribution of raw material, finished products, project cargo, grinding plants and machinery, reporting directly to corporate president and vice president.

            Coordinated the timely discharge of bulk ore vessels in the US Gulf earning 100k in dispatch in one year.

            Reduced ocean freight costs by $800k by negotiating a 24 vessel contract of affreightment.

            Developed time/volume rates through relationship between Baroid and Intermarine USA (ocean freight).  Evergreen contract still in effect since 1993.

            Lead group meetings with key corporate employees teaching INCO Terms, chartering principles and port logistics.

            Operated a solo civil law practice with five employees.  As an attorney, represented 40 home owners associations and regularly addressed executive session and open meetings.
